Validating

Frequently asked questions

Everything about validating a business idea with real people, AI agents, or both — before building anything.

How do I validate a business idea without building it first?

Describe your idea to Validating in plain language. Choose your panel — Human (real verified people), Agentic (AI agents), or Hybrid (both). AI structures the idea into an experiment, you set your budget and acceptance criteria, and it runs. You get a VALIDATED, INVALIDATED, or UNCERTAIN verdict — usually within 24 hours — with no product, code, or landing page required.

What is Validating?

Validating is a market validation platform that lets founders, creators, and professionals test business ideas with real verified people, AI agents, or both — before building anything. You describe an idea, AI turns it into a structured experiment, and the right panel gives feedback that becomes an actionable verdict.

Who validates my idea, and are they qualified?

For the Human panel, every validator is a real person who opts in, is identity-verified, matches your target profile, and is paid for honest feedback — never a bot, never a synthetic persona. Responses are quality-controlled and tied to a validator trust score, so you get signal from relevant people, not anonymous survey traffic.

What is the Agentic panel?

The Agentic panel runs AI agents through real decision tasks — inclusion tests, comparative rankings, head-to-head comparisons, recommendation generation — and observes how they reason about your product. It uses a two-pass engine: Discovery (problem only, solution hidden) then Validation (solution vs real competitors). Output: an Agent-Readiness grade (A–F) and a Decision-Model map.

What is Hybrid validation?

Hybrid runs both a Human and an Agentic panel on the same hypothesis in parallel. The report leads with the Divergence — where humans and machines agree or disagree, in plain language — then shows both verdicts side by side. No other tool gives founders this human-vs-machine delta.

Are the responses from real people or AI?

It depends on the panel. Human panel: real, identity-verified people paid for honest feedback — no AI simulation, no anonymous survey traffic. Agentic panel: real AI agents executing real decision tasks — not synthetic personas. Hybrid: both.

What is an Agent-Readiness grade?

An A–F grade summarising how well a product performs across agentic acceptance criteria: inclusion_rate, mean_rank, recommendation_rate, hth_win_rate, objection_density. A = agents consistently include and recommend. F = agents systematically exclude or object.

How long does it take to get results?

Most experiments return results in under 24 hours. Agentic panels complete faster (minutes to hours, compute-bound). Human panels depend on the audience and the number of responses needed.

How is Validating different from surveys, Prolific, UserTesting, or doing it myself?

It depends what you compare it to. Survey tools (Typeform, SurveyMonkey) give you raw responses you have to design, send, and interpret yourself. Research marketplaces (Prolific, UserTesting, Respondent) hand you recruitment you still have to operate. Doing it manually — customer interviews or a landing page — costs weeks and rarely gives a clear pass/fail. Validating designs the experiment for you, lets you define acceptance criteria upfront, runs it against the right panel (human, agentic, or both), and returns a clear VALIDATED / INVALIDATED / UNCERTAIN verdict with an AI report — usually in under 24 hours. No other tool combines human validation with agentic machine-readiness testing.

How much does Validating cost?

You set the budget up front. Human panel cost scales with validator responses and speed/quality tier. Agentic panel cost scales with compute (no validator payout). Hybrid shows both line items in one combined receipt. No hidden fees — every cost is visible before launch.

Is Validating GDPR-compliant?

Yes. GDPR-compliant by design, built in Europe. Human validator identities are verified, feedback is quality-scored, and ideators see anonymised responses. Agentic reasoning traces are shown in the report.

What is a Smart Validation Certificate?

A shareable proof that an idea met its predefined acceptance criteria when tested with real validators — evidence you can show investors, co-founders, and stakeholders.

What kinds of ideas can I validate?

Business ideas, product concepts, new features, pricing, positioning and messaging, landing-page propositions, and niche/service offerings. The Agentic panel is especially relevant for B2B SaaS and any product where AI-assisted discovery or recommendation is part of the customer journey.
