How it works

Validate a business idea against real people, AI agents, or both — in under 24 hours, without building anything first.

  1. Describe your idea

    Submit your raw business idea in plain language. No deck, prototype, or landing page required.

  2. Choose your panel

    Human (real verified people), Agentic (AI agents observe how LLMs include, rank, and recommend your product), or Hybrid (both run in parallel).

  3. AI builds the experiment

    AI structures your idea into a hypothesis and a targeted experiment. For Agentic panels, a two-pass engine runs Discovery (problem only, solution hidden) then Validation (solution vs real competitors).

  4. Set budget and acceptance criteria

    You decide what "validated" means before any data is collected. Human and agentic panels each have their own metric catalogue; hybrid requires criteria for both sides.

  5. Experiment runs

    Human: matched, identity-verified validators respond. Agentic: AI agents execute real decision tasks and their reasoning is observed. Hybrid: both run in parallel and independently.

  6. Receive report and certificate

    VALIDATED / INVALIDATED / UNCERTAIN verdict + AI report. Agentic: Agent-Readiness grade (A–F) + Decision-Model map. Hybrid: Divergence headline + both verdicts side by side. Validated ideas receive a Smart Validation Certificate.
