Use a Human panel when you need real emotional signal and willingness to pay; an Agentic panel when you need to know whether AI assistants would recommend your product; and a Hybrid panel when you want both, side by side, with the divergence between them made explicit.
Human panel
Real, identity-verified people matched to your target profile give structured feedback on the problem and your solution. You get honest human reactions, quality-controlled and tied to a validator trust score. Verdict: VALIDATED / INVALIDATED / UNCERTAIN.
Agentic panel
AI agents (LLMs) evaluate your idea the way they would if a real user asked them for a recommendation — inclusion tests, rankings, head-to-head comparisons. Verdict: Agent-Readiness grade (A–F). Results are compute-bound, so they arrive in minutes to hours.
Hybrid panel
Both panels run in parallel and independently on the same hypothesis. The report leads with the Divergence — where humans and machines agree or disagree, in plain language — then shows both verdicts side by side. That gap is often the most useful insight you get, and no other tool provides it.
Rule of thumb
- First experiment on a consumer idea → Human
- B2B SaaS or products discovered via AI assistants → Agentic
- Positioning decisions and machine-readiness checks → Hybrid
